We are approved to offer and manage the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) which was launched in April 2022, providing a £7500 one-time payment for homeowners installing new heat pump systems. For those who have oil and LPG systems, the government has just announced for this financial year, starting in July 2026, there is an increase from £7500 to £9000, to help those with the steep price increases for those fuels. The grant remains the same for those on natural (mains) gas and direct electric heating, such as storage heaters.

To qualify, homeowners must meet criteria such as having an EPC no older than 10 years or be able to provide evidence as to what the existing heating system is via photos and bills. Installation must be done by an MCS approved installer, like ourselves, using approved equipment.
